1. Acceptance and eligibility
Welcome to Longform Studio. By creating an account, signing in with Google, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service. Users below the legal age of majority in their region may use the service only with a guardian's consent and supervision.
2. The service
Longform Studio provides content layout, template editing, AI-assisted writing, AI template recommendations, licensed image search, and image export. Features, free allowances, future usage packs, and service availability are described in the product at the time of use. Experimental features may change, pause, or be discontinued.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide lawful, accurate information and protect your login credentials. You may not transfer, rent, mass-register, automate, or abuse accounts. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us promptly. You remain responsible for losses caused by failing to secure your account, to the extent permitted by law.
4. AI features and generated content
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or factually incorrect and is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Before publishing, you must review facts, copyright, trademarks, likeness rights, privacy, and regulatory requirements. You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, violent, sexual, or otherwise harmful content.
5. Images and third-party services
Image search results may come from third parties such as Pexels and remain subject to their terms. We aim to preserve photographer and source credits, but you must still verify licenses, permitted uses, and attribution before downloading, editing, or publishing an image. We do not guarantee that every third-party image is suitable for your commercial use.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully upload and in generated results to the extent recognized by applicable law. You grant us only the limited processing rights required to provide, maintain, and improve the service. Rights in the product name, interface, code, template system, and brand assets remain with their lawful owners.
7. Free allowance and paid usage
AI generation and AI template recommendations share the usage allowance shown in the product. Terms for future usage packs, expiration, refunds, and taxes will be displayed at purchase. Successfully consumed digital uses are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the service was not delivered because of a verified failure.
8. Privacy and data
We process information only as needed for accounts, authentication, security, usage tracking, and product features. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and sessions use secure cookies. AI and image-search requests may be processed by relevant service providers, so do not submit unnecessary sensitive information or trade secrets. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and termination
We may change the service for maintenance, security, compliance, supplier, or product reasons. We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in serious abuse, attacks, infringement, violations of law, or violations of these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product or another reasonable channel.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfectly accurate output, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator and to the delivery of the service in your region. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes will be handled by a competent authority under applicable law. This clause may be updated before paid service launches in a specific market.
